How does the process work?

After you initiate a request for our services, we carefully listen to your requirements and expectations. We employ an interview process to actively seek out your interests. Then we map your requirements and expectations to present suggestions and recommendations for how to invest your time. If you need some help deciding, we’ll make suggestions based on your time lines and budget. When we’ve developed the perfect program for you, we schedule a date for delivery of your custom event.

How much does it cost?

The cost of our services varies based upon time, materials, the type of your event and the number of people and complexity involved. Our engagements require a minimum investment of fours hours daily service/per event. We price our programs to meet your unique needs. Alternatively, we will work with your budget to deliver the best quality we can. And when it comes to satisfaction, we’re proud that our clients enthusiastically recommend us.

What if I am an event manager, meeting planner, destination planner or professional who’s been asked to do something outside my usual responsibilities?

No problem. We’re here to help you work it all out. We understand your perspective and work in harmony with you, from designing custom tours to event services.

Suppose you are a trainer, meeting planner, or administrator charged with organizing an executive meeting. The executives are in town, many accompanied by their significant others. You’ve been asked to create an event for the significant others. Simply call Savvy and we’ll lighten your load resulting in your ability to remain focused on your responsibilities while earning you a bouquet of accolades for providing guests with an outstanding event.

Perhaps you are an investor with a major client coming to town. When you’re not available to entertain them, Savvy can create a memorable experience for them, acclimate them to the area, and show them a great time out on the town.

If you are a wedding planner and your client requests a programmed event for their out-of-town guests, Savvy will create a memorable experience for those out-of-towner’s.

What are your services for large groups?

We can plan an event from start to finish (including follow-up) to deliver an exceptionally memorable program. We’ve created successful employee appreciation events, fund raising events, community events and tours of the local area.

Can you arrange for translators for foreign dignitaries/visitors?

Yes, we have access to a host of translators who will accompany us throughout our event program.

What are your rates?

Typically a DMC is not simply running an event but rather a series of events and logistics ranging from staging, flowers, performers, and transportation to catering and meeting destination reservations. Savvy writes a single contract and payment plan to keep all the details aligned and the process simple for both our clients and us. Our contract is extremely specific to include every fine detail while being flexible enough to allow for the inevitable changes that will occur.
